  • The Booking Terms that apply when you make an appointment with one of our clinics.

By using our website or making a booking, you agree to these terms.

 

2. Website Terms of Use

2.1 Ownership and Operator

This website is operated by LBC Consultants Ltd (Company No. 15580501), the UK Master Franchise holder for Gentle Procedures UK, in partnership with local CQC-regulated clinics.

2.2 Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, text, images, and design, is owned by Gentle Procedures UK or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without permission.

2.3 Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse this website, introduce viruses, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it for unlawful purposes.

2.4 Disclaimer

Information on this website is provided for general information only. It is not intended as medical advice and should not be relied upon as such. Personalised advice will only be provided during a consultation with a registered clinician at one of our clinics.

 

3. Booking Terms

3.1 Making a Booking

Bookings are made online via our secure patient management system (Semble). You will receive confirmation by email once your booking is completed.

3.2 Payments

Payments are processed securely through Semble Pay. We do not store or have access to your full card details.

3.3 Cancellations and Refunds

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible.
  • More than 7 days before appointment: full refund or free reschedule.
  • Within 48 hours of appointment: 50% of the fee may be retained.
  • Failure to attend or same-day cancellation: no refund will be issued.
  • Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
  • These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

3.4 Patient Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete personal and medical information.
  • Attend appointments on time.
  • Follow aftercare instructions provided by your clinician.

3.5 Clinic Responsibilities

Each Gentle Procedures clinic is registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and is responsible for:

  • Providing safe, high-quality medical services.
  • Maintaining accurate patient records.
  • Handling complaints in line with our Complaints Policy.

 

4. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our website or booking services.

 

5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
